COVID-19 update: Business as Unusual
One of the books that inspired me to start Little Green Radicals was ‘Business As Unusual’ by Anita Roddick, founder of the Body Shop. Today we are in unusual times and for all of us at Little Green Radicals it continues to be business as unusual. Our warehouse and delivery services are taking the extra precautions you would expect. Add Brexit on top, and unfortunately the knock on effect is that our European orders are taking longer to reach you. The team have set up home offices and are still on hand to help with anything between 9.30-5.30 each working day, and will get back to you as soon as possible. We've extended our returns policy for Sale items to be 1 month, and as always have a 365 day quality guarantee. If you have any questions, or just want to say hello, then please do get in touch.

Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for ordering from us!
We have great confidence in our products and have many happy customers but we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky and you may change your mind. You can return your order within 6 months of purchase or within 1 month if on sale (unused, with tags on and in the original packaging) for a full refund or exchange. If your product is faulty please get in touch as we have a 365 quality guarantee.
How to return something
All you need to do is fill in the returns form that was in your delivery, tick the refund or exchange box, include it in the package and keep a proof of postage. Or if you're in the UK, you can fill in the returns form using the link below.
Easy peasy.
We'll process your exchange and refund as soon as possible, but during very busy times this may take more than one week. If you don't have a returns form, please let us know.

To get a refund of your postage cost, please use a NON-TRACKED or ECONOMY POSTAL SERVICE (address below) and email us proof of postage and your order number. *Please note* we can only give a refund if a non-tracked service is used.

Currently returns from outside the EU are at the customer’s own expenses.
